The company’s September update showed group net fund inflows of US$2.2 billion ($3.3 billion) over the month, with an ongoing positive mix change due to wholesale inflows and institutional outflows. Post the update, we have upgraded our earnings forecasts by3–6% given the better-than-expected net fund flows and to account for the anticipated increase in management fee margin as a result of the improvement in product mix.
GQG’s investment appeal comprises undemanding valuation multiples, a solid growth outlook for earnings, a strong financial position, and excellent performance across its four key investment strategies.
